one of the concepts for a character from my campaigns. it was jet set radio inspired.
I was going to have this guy be an extra for if the players died. the joke was they could challenge death to a match and if they win they miraculously survive whatever was supposed to kill them.
then I decided it'd be funnier to just pair him up with other people and make a gang based on the 4 horsemen.
