Fleur

one of the concepts for a character from my campaigns. it was jet set radio inspired.
she is actually pretty fun to draw. that design took a while to properly figure out as well.
also i'm still trying to figure out how to draw darker skin right. If anyone has recommendations i'd love to hear it.
